MEET YOUR HOSTS

Maddie, a 26 year-old Colorado native, was born and bred in the mountains of Telluride. When her parents strapped a pair of skis on her feet at the young age of two, there was no looking back. She raced competitively in high school, but switched her focus to big mountain competitions and backcountry skiing when she moved to British Columbia to attend university. She spends the summers working as a Field Biologist so that she can take the winters off to ski as much as possible. Maddie's skiing passion has taken her to Europe, Japan, Canada and all over the western US. Last year she completed her Canadian Avalanche Association Operational Avalanche course and is currently a member of the Salomon Ambassador Team.

One of Natalie's greatest loves is travel, which has lead her to circumnavigate the world twice by the age of 25. When Natalie is not on a rickety train or plane somewhere she can be found exploring the majestic mountains of her hometown in Telluride, Colorado with her husky and partner.
