• Jan. 25 - Feb. 2 (8 days): Pick up rental car (Subaru Impreza) or similar with 4WD, snow tires & insurance. Pick up and return vehicle at CTS airport. 

• Jan. 25 - 28 (3 nights): in the Kimamaya in the main Hirafu village in an Alpine 2 style room with breakfast.

• Jan. 26 (1 day): Private sidecountry guide in the Niseko region. An avalanche safety kit rental (beacon, shovel, probe, & pack) is required to ski with the guide and can be rented from them. 

• Jan. 27 (1 day):  Snowmobile-accessed backcountry skiing with cool local Japanese crew.

• Jan. 28 - 31 (3 nights): Stay in Otaru In the Grids Premium Hotel Otaru in a Maisonette Double room, including breakfast

• Jan. 29 & 30 (2 days): Private backcountry or sidecountry guide in the Otaru region. An avalanche safety kit rental (beacon, shovel, probe, & pack) is required to ski with the guide and can be rented from them. Touring gear can also be rented

• Jan. 31 - Feb. 2 (2 nights): in the traditional Ryokan style Chalet Ivy Jozankei, in a Deluxe Suite room including breakfast & dinner.
